1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, name (if provided), and authentication credentials.
- Payment Information: When you subscribe or purchase credits, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card details. We do not store your full card number; we only receive confirmation of successful transactions and a customer ID for billing purposes.
- Artwork and Content: Images of artwork you upload for staging, along with any metadata you provide (titles, dimensions).
- Support Communications: Messages, tickets, and feedback you send to our support team.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service, including pages visited, features used, staging requests, and timestamps.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and IP address.
- Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns. See Section 6 for more details.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Authentication Providers: If you sign in through a third-party service (e.g., Google), we receive basic profile information as permitted by your privacy settings with that provider.
- Analytics Services: We may receive aggregated analytics data from third-party services to help us understand Service usage.

- Provide the Service: Process your artwork, generate AI-powered stagings, and deliver results.
- Manage Your Account: Create and maintain your account, process subscriptions, and track usage.
- Process Payments: Complete transactions, send billing confirmations, and manage subscription renewals.
- Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features, fix bugs, and develop new capabilities.
- Communicate with You: Send service-related notices, respond to support requests, and (with your consent) send marketing communications.
- Ensure Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Comply with Legal Obligations: Meet legal requirements, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.

Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party providers who assist in operating our Service:
- Supabase: Authentication and database services
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Google (Gemini AI): AI-powered image generation
- Vercel: Website hosting and content delivery
- Vercel Blob Storage: Image storage
- Resend: Email delivery services
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only as directed by us.
AI Processing
When you request a staging, your artwork image is sent to Google's Gemini AI service for processing. This processing is necessary to generate your staging images. Google's handling of this data is governed by their privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
Business Transfers
If ArtWiz is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
4Data Storage and Security
Storage Location: Your data is stored on servers in the United States through our hosting and database providers.
Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit
- Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest
- Secure authentication through Supabase Auth
- Regular security assessments and monitoring
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data
Data Retention: We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:
- Your artwork and staging images are deleted within 30 days
- Account data is anonymized or deleted, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely
No Guarantee: While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
5Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.

Do Not Track: Our Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
